almost Absolute Food Porn

~ The "almost" part, a loom ~
Im taking a textiles history class and a student from the textile division was kind enough to actually bring in a small loom for us to look at! There are looms that are the size of classrooms! It was amazing to see and made me realize how much time it took to weave something! Even after the demonstration I was still confused!!!

~ Krispy Kreme ~
Ahh....Krispy Kreme. I remember when they first opened in Delta and there were huge line ups to get these freshly baked doughnuts, fast forward a few years later and they are still no match for Tim Hortons. For those who know me well, Im not a huge doughnut fan, I only get the occasional cravings.

Nom nom nom! I like to heat mines up for a few seconds before eating! Delish!

~ Wu Fung goodness....~
One of my musts dos- Im going to Aberdeen though I do often venture away to Guu or Aoyama Cafe. Specialty noodles and fried chicken winglets! I like these more than the whole wing, it's just yummier!

Just a short post for now and hopefully I'll do another one Saturday night! See you all!

Till next time!

i agree, krispy kremes aint all that. i used to just go to the store bc they gave samples. they would give us an entire donut as a sample hahaha but now...no one really goes. i remember ppl would go insane over them! i prefer the thicker old fashioned donuts!

And of course you can!! please join!!! :) I would be so honored if you would!! And I feel so flattered that people actually want my little prizes! I thought I would have to go around posting comments asking people to join, but I haven't had time to do that yet and people are still joining! This is so excited and I am so thankful I don't feel and look like a fool. lol

  7. Gosh! Again a post about doughnuts - just a view minutes ago I was reading a Blog and it was about... yes, right! Doughnut >w< (from Dunkin Donuts)! buhuuu TT___TT we only have fast food restaurants like Mc Donald and Burger King but no Dunkin Dounuts. The last time I bought some very nice dounuts was in October 2010 when I was in Japan. I love Mr. Dounuts ♥

How much I miss you Krispy Kreme and no, you're not picky there are just that good. Omg I'm so jealous now... but it's so hard not to stare at the picture. I think I am going to cry now.

  15. Hi there sweetie. Sorry for disappearing..
Wow those foods look so good! I would love to munch on something like that now if I wasnt so sick lol But I will for sure when I get back to normal :D
Glad everything got sorted out in school! I am always so nervous when I need to drop something online and check 100 times before i push the button :\
I could never understand how those weaving things work either, I can't even understand a sewing machine...
As of my bf... he's had his surgery in NY a couple weeks ago, but that does not seem to help so far (( we'll see. He's a poor guy.
Good luck with your school!!! See you sometime around blogger :D

  16. Hiiiiii!! Long time no comment/blog ^-^ I love all the *food porn* you're posting. That loom looks dangerous. I feel like if you do one wrong thing, it'll snag your fingers or something :P Wu Fung's noodle is my must have @ Aberdeen too. I usually put the mixed organ stuff in it. YUMMMM.
